A-Star Software LLC ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Euchre 3D, Spades+, and Hearts+ mobile applications (the "Service").
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Data when you use our Service.
We will not use or share your Personal Data without your consent.
I. Personal Data Collection and Purposes
We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together follows:

We also collect, use and share anonymized aggregated data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated data may be derived from your Personal Data but is not considered Personal Data as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics, Google Firebase, Yahoo Flurry and Fabric that collect, monitor and analyze this type of information in order to increase our Service's functionality. These third-party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.
When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, your location information and other statistics.
You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. The Help feature on most browsers provide information on how to accept cookies, disable cookies or to notify you when receiving a new cookie.

Do Not Track Disclosure. We do not support Do Not Track ("DNT"). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.

Service Providers. We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services and/or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you ( this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.
External Third Parties
We require all third parties to respect the security of your Personal Data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your Personal Data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your Personal Data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
We are based in the United States, which is where all of your data will be processed.
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your Personal Data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your Personal Data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your Personal Data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected Personal Data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
We will only retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. IX. Children's Privacy
Only persons age 18 or older have permission to access our Service. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Children. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
